Hope Cuts Cut-A-Thon On Sunday, May 17th 2009, we will open our doors from 9AM to 12PM to offer our premiere services at drastically reduced rates.  All Proceeds from the event will benefit breast Cancer, pediatric cancer and HIV/Aids research at City of Hope National Medical Center and Beckman Research Institute. FrancesRay Jules Salon will be offering Wet Cuts only. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for any service or dollar amount. They are not redeemable for cash or retail products and are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Cancellations
Please give us 24 hours notification so we may properly reschedule your appointment.

Consultation
A complementary 15 minute consultation is available for any salon services or treatment at clients request.

Salon Policies

CHILDREN

-Although we love them we cannot guarantee their safety.
-Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult when waiting in the area
-Please try to schedule your appointment around them.

CHECKS & CREDIT CARDS

-We accept checks drawn from New England banks only.
-Checks must have complete name, address and phone number.
-Valid driver license must be presented.
-There is a $33.00 service fee for all returned checks.
-We accept 4 major credit cards, MasterCard, Visa American Express & Discover. We apologize to all other card holders.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

-All sales on services, products, gift certificates, series and packages are final.  There are no refunds for services performed.
-Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash or product unless stated otherwise.

LATE PROCEDURE

-We strive to accommodate all of our clients at all times and we are greatly aware of how busy a person’s life can be.  However, it is extremely important to arrive for your appointment on time to guarantee your full service.  If you are more than 15 minutes late it can greatly affect our efforts to perform a quality service, therefore we may ask you to alter the requested service or reschedule your appointment.  A 50% no show fee may apply for services valued at $100 or more with no deposit.  (Credit card # may be required to secure appointment)
