Our salon has been designed to create an environment that is both peaceful and pampering, appealing to both men and women, whose goals are to look and feel great. Each one of our stylists, technicians, estheticians and makeup artists are professionally trained in his or her field to ensure quality service.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for any service or dollar amount. They are not redeemable for cash or retail products and are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Cancellations
Please give us 24 hours notification so we may properly reschedule your appointment.

Consultation
A complementary 15 minute consultation is available for any salon services or treatment at clients request.

Salon Policies

CHILDREN
-Although we love them we cannot guarantee their safety.
-Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult when waiting in the area
-Please try to schedule your appointment around them.

CHECKS & CREDIT CARDS
-We accept checks drawn from New England banks only.
-Checks must have complete name, address and phone number.
-Valid driver license must be presented.
-There is a $20.00 service fee for all retumed checks.
-We accept 4 major credit cards, MasterCard, Visa American Express & Discover. We apologize to all other card holders.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
-No cash refunds.
-A store credit is issued on products returned within 7days of purchase accompanied by a sales slip.
-All jewelry, makeup and nail products sales are final.
-Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash or product unless stated otherwise.

LATE PROCEDURE
-We have set aside specific time to ensure that each client receives our full attention. For this reason, it is important that you arrive on time (or slightly ahead of time) for your appointment. By your being more than 15 minutes late can greatly affect our efforts to perform a quality service; therefore, we may ask you to alter the requested service or to reschedule your appointment. A 50% no show fee may apply for services valued at $100 or more with no deposit. (credit card # may be required to secure appointment.) Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
